Meet Our Head Chef, Janek

With over a decade of culinary experience, including 11 years as part of the esteemed Young’s family, our head chef Janek brings passion and creativity to every dish. Specializing in The Shack and British classics with a modern twist, Janek’s menus are a true celebration of seasonal, locally sourced British meats and vegetables.

Inspired by the flavours and stories from our customers’ travels, Janek infuses global influences into traditional favourites, creating a dining experience that’s both comforting and exciting.
